ITC works with a number of top specialized technical companies to provide telecommunication solutions, managed services, cloud computing and VSAT services to its customers, which makes ITC one of the top providers of telecom and ICT services and in KSA. Recently, ITC obtained an amiable Tier III certificate from UPTIME institute for the Riyadh data center. The certificate was received gratefully by the organization.
"This certificate will contribute to provide great and sustainable services to customers in government and commercial sectors through our data center which was expanded in line with the growing demands of telecom services in Saudi Arabia," said Eng. Amjad Al Asghar, Vice President of Network Operations. "This also will help the company in continuing its goals and commitment to achieve the high standards of quality and service level agreement (SLA)."
Further to this, Mr. Al Asghar noted that, "due to the increased demand of managed services through our data center in Riyadh; we put an effort to obtain this certificate so we can ensure having safe and scalable hosting and cloud services which confirms the company intention and commitment toward government and commercial sectors in Saudi Arabia by providing them with the best ICT services."
With a vision for ITC to empower their business and residential communities with smart communication and business solutions to help them realize their unlimited potential, in his statement, Al Asghar confirmed that ITC is seeking to exceed customer expectations by having, "reliable infrastructure and sustainability for the services provided."
ITC is known to have invested in its own independent infrastructure to give their customers robust capacity and all the confidence to meet their growing and evolving needs well into the future.
In addition to the Tier III certificate, earlier this year, ITC was awarded with ISO certificates (Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001:2005) and IT Service Management System (ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011) in recognition of the state of art operational processes and practices that ensure the security, reliability and agility of the services offered to ITC customers through ITC networks and data centers. The quality ISO standard is applicable to companies of any size or sector who seek to improve their internal management and operational processes. It seems as though ITC is successfully continuing to connect its customers in the best and most efficient ways possible.
